Part of a long line of Tamiya, P-51 Mustang, model kits, which began life, with the 8th AF P-51D, Kit No. 61040, in 1995, this "Limited Edition" issue, apart from featuring the usual Tamiya, quality, crisp, fuselage detailing, also comes with a detailed cockpit interior, the choice of Open or Closed canopy, three pilot figures, (2 seated, and 1 standing), optional 75 or 108 gallon drop tanks, Cartograph decals, and a Painting and Marking Guide for 2 individual, named, 9th AF pilots.
