Today we’re taking a quick look inside the ICM 1/48 Heinkel He 111 H-6 — the most-produced variant of this iconic WWII bomber. This kit is a big one: about 38 cm long with a wingspan close to half a meter, yet it comes in at roughly 325 parts, so it should be a comfortable build without an insane part count.

In this box you get optional external stores (bombs or torpedoes), a solid selection of interior parts, and a large set of clear pieces — which will look amazing, but masking is definitely a must. We’ll also check the decal sheet and 4 marking options (including winter camo), talk about what parts are and aren’t used for the H-6, and cover a couple of things to watch out for (like missing specific tail crosses if you want maximum historical accuracy).
