Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II - Tamiya 61124 - 1/48 - Full Build

In this video, you will see a full build from start to finish, including my demonstration of painting the multiple colors, decaling techniques and detailing. This great Tamiya kit is known for its highly detailed weapons bay area. Three sheets of decals can be used to paint on early RAM coatings. I used a Badger Patriot 105 to apply Tamiya AS Primer, and Tamiya Acrylic Paints. Tamiya Weathering Sets are also used to give the seat a bit of a weathered look. The kit can be configured with weapons bay doors open or closed, a closed or open canopy, and flaps in the up or down position.
